Before certifications existed, Gary Gordon began appraising in 1989 forming GSGordon Appraisals and performed residential appraisals for mortgage originations, home equity loans and bank owned properties. After many years in business, GSGordon Appraisals continued to grow our relationships with many appraisers across Pennsylvania and New Jersey and operated much like an Appraisal Management Company for many banks.

As the industry changed and began requiring separation between vested parties and appraisers, we recognized the need for our existing clients to maintain compliance so in 2014 we formed GSG Appraisal Management LLC. Once fully licensed and operating as an official AMC, we continued to grow and manage our panel of appraisers for our clients and were able to maintain compliance at both a state and national level.

Our proprietary website that began development in 1998 is a massive part of our success with online ordering and tracking, individual appraiser and client logins and account management.

We've been able to maintain countless relationships with our appraisers and clients through the years because of our local market knowledge, competence and excellent customer services. We intentionally remained a regional AMC as it allowed us to stay hands on. We're proud of our ability to maintain what feels like direct appraiser contact many clients desire while still providing our appraisers with an influence-free environment.
