Before certifications existed, Gary Gordon began appraising in 1989. Owner and operator for GSGordon Appraisals performing residential appraisals for mortgage originations, home equity loans and bank owned properties. After many years in business, GSGordon Appraisals began relationships with many appraisers across Pennsylvania and New Jersey and operated much like an Appraisal Management Company for many banks.
Providing compliance before it was needed, we operate as a platform for our clients to order appraisals without needing to manage a panel of appraisers. Our custom built website is a large part of our success with online ordering and tracking, individual appraiser and client logins and account management. Our website provided the contact the appraisers and banks needed with each other without the worry of undo influence.
